PepChip™ Micro--arrays
PepChipTM is a peptide chip, spotted onto microarray carriers with a proprietary surface chemistry. This surface features a thin (50-100 nm) hydrophilic environment that has excellent properties for peptide recognition and low non-specific binding, resulting in high signal-to-noise ratios. The peptides are covalently coupled with a low-charge coupling chemistry that is stable and provides high density coupling of peptides to the surface.

Characteristics:
- Size of microarray: 25-75 mm / 1-3 inch
- Up to ~3,000 peptides per microarray
- Synthetic peptide kinase substrates covalently coupled to the glass slide
- Small reaction volume of 50 microliter
- Detection by radiolabeled ATP on phosphor-storage screen
- Ready-made microarrays and custom design microarrays
